Lee-Anne Corbin-Vamvakas is the Chief Client Officer at Sagicor Bank (Barbados) Limited. Lee-Anne has 24 years’ experience with a leading regional commercial bank, where she worked in several departments and held, most recently, the positions of Head of Digital Channels and Associate Director of Digital Client Experience.

John-Paul Stuart is the Chief Lending Officer at Sagicor Bank (Barbados) Limited. John-Paul started his banking career in Toronto in 1999. Since then, he has acquired extensive experience in the areas of audit, branch management, lending and treasury.  

Colleen Cyrus is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Sagicor Bank (Barbados) Limited. She is an experienced banking executive having spent over 22 years in the industry, leading finance and treasury teams in regional and international banks. She was appointed to the boards of many affiliates, with her appointments including chairmanship of insurance entities and holding companies. 
 

Cindy Sadaphal is the General Counsel and Compliance Manager at Sagicor Bank (Barbados) Limited. She is a practicing attorney-at-law and compliance senior manager with over 20 years experience. Cindy has provided support for several financial institutions on anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, anti-proliferation financing, sanctions, privacy, operational risk and regulatory issues for several Caribbean countries.

Bonnie Estwick is the Chief Risk Officer at Sagicor Bank (Barbados) Limited. Bonnie is a career banker with over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 25 years of leadership in credit risk management at a leading regional commercial bank. Her career is marked by innovation, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to improving financial services across the Caribbean.

Dodridge D. Miller was Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Financial Company Limited (SFCL) and its predecessor company Sagicor Financial Corporation Inc. (SFCI)

Andre Mousseau was appointed Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Financial Company Limited in April 2023. He previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer

Rawdon Adams is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a financial consultant and currently serves as Deputy Chair of Barbados’ National Insurance Board and on three other public sector boards.

Dr. Jeremy Nurse is a senior executive and corporate strategist with over 20 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, transactions, business operations and board membership across several industries including retail, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, financial services, energy, automotive and real estate. 

A seasoned executive with a rich background in corporate strategy, financial management, and business development, Wendy Abed brings a wealth of experience from her tenure as Executive Chairman and Founder & CEO of The Green Monkey Chocolatier Ltd.
